Micro Niche Finder Review

August 21st, 2007 · 6 Comments

In the relatively short time that I’ve been involved with IM, I’ve acquired quite a few software tools in an attempt to make my life easier. These tools consist of both the free and paid variety. I’m a big fan of “To Do” lists. This probably stems from many years trying to stay on task on tight deadlines as a software developer. My “To Do” lists often just consist of small sheets of paper or scribbled entries in a notebook. Of course, my “To Do” list changes from one day to the next and sometimes even from hour to hour.

Keyword Smushes and PPC

August 10th, 2007 · No Comments

Putting together a comprehensive keyword list for PPC campaigns is a time-consuming task that probably most Internet marketers wish they could pay someone else to do. That’s OK, though, since “paying my dues” in this manner has given me some great insights into what sort of keywords should go into a tightly-focused Adgroup. It’s also made me alert to the kinds of keywords to add to my negative keyword lists.

Adding PHP Code To WordPress Posts

August 3rd, 2007 · No Comments

This is an example of how to include the eBay RSS feed in a WP post. Since this particular implementation uses a RSS to HTML converter written in php, it requires the installation of a php execution plugin. The one I’m using here is:

Exec_PHP

You must be running WP 2.x for this plugin to work.

The following steps outline the process:
